Mohammad is an environment lover and tends to extend his background in corrosion engineering to use in environmentally-friendly industries. He achieved his Bachelor’s degree at the Petroleum University of Technology in Iran and worked in the field of corrosion engineering during his master’s degree at SBU. After some years working in the industrial atmosphere, he has again followed his passion for academic research. In the SEACHEM project, he investigates the corrosion behavior of metal structures under the condition of seaweed cultivation.
He hopes to find an expectable model for the corrosion behavior of metals targeted under this project’s condition and to participate in developing next-generation corrosion sensors.
In his personal life, traveling around the world to know different cultures, challenge himself, and get new experiences, is his main interest.
